If You attend a class or event, request information or resources from us, or become a member, we will collect certain personal information from you, including your name, phone number, email address, ip address, and mailing address (“Personal Data”).  We use your Personal Data to facilitate your participation in the Passion Collective community. If you purchase goods or service from us, we will collect the information necessary in order to complete purchase.  We use third party data processors to take and complete payment.  We do not have access to your credit card information.  We may receive personal data from third parties including Google and other search engines, social media platforms, ad brokers, and payment processing companies such as Paypal or Stripe.  We may use third parties such as Google to help us analyze how people are using our Service. We also use the Google Analytics service to provide us with demographic data about our Members, such as age and gender.

We may use cookies to assist with facilitating your use of the website and to improve the website. You can accept or decline cookies using your web browser settings.  ‘Third Party’ means a person or company who is not us, another Passion Collective On Demand member; or a government body, public agency or authority.  We share your Personal Data with our service providers.  These service providers process your Personal Data to help us with: payment processing, the development, maintenance, and support of our website; marketing and advertising; communications, and customer service. We do not permit our Third Party service providers to use your Personal Data for any purpose other than the support of our services to you.

We to not sell or provide your Personal Data to Third Parties for their own use unrelated to any services they provide for us.
