Coaching and connection - LIVE with Laura!

Morning Buzz events are virtual small-group coaching sessions, led LIVE by Laura Best. These intimate, encouraging sessions will give you space to explore your passions in work and life, give and get support and accountability and make meaningful new connections.

Passion Collective is a global community of Passion Seekers (also known as Passionados!) who are rediscovering and pursuing their passions in work and life. Founded in 2014 by Laura Best, the community brings together those who want to do more of what they love, regardless of geography, job title, or any other label.

Passionados share their experiences and encouragement through Passion Stories, Passion Chats, and regular Morning Buzz small-group coaching sessions.

At its heart, Passion Collective is about choosing what lights us up, supporting one another along the way, and using that energy to make a positive impact beyond ourselves.

We've helped Passion Seekers all over the globe!

Passion Collective has always been about action. So, in 2019, we launched Atomic® Grants. We gave cash and coaching to 16 women from Ukraine to Cameroon, from Hawaii to Uganda.

In four years, we received more than 10,000 applications from over 50 countries, making it a Top 10 Grant for Women in the US. Two organizations, Atomic Data and Keystone Group International, helped us bring it all to life.

Our recipients turned their Grants into incredible programs, activities, organizations that are helping countless people today.

In 2023, after four incredible years, we closed the Grant program so that we could focus on our next chapter. However, the impact lives on!

"This grant changed the course of my professional and personal trajectory! So grateful for your support and the incredibly valuable resources it unlocked!"
